Jaundice is a problem that often occurs in newborns. Usually, most jaundice problem can easily known by the doctor or the mother who had experienced. But for mothers who just have baby might find it difficult to know whether the baby get jaundice or not. In this article will be talk about brief information on how to easily find out whether our baby is affected by jaundice.

Newborns either normally or prematurely had almost equal basic signs. The thing that usually needed by a nurse or doctor is about the body temperature, heart and breathing. After more than 24 hours of birth, the babies who exposed to jaundice will turn a yellowish color in the skin. That part is easily visible on the face, abdomen, legs and hands. Tt needs to do some basic tests such as pressing the baby's skin with our fingers, if the sign of pressed not immediately returned, then the baby have chance that exposed to the jaundice problem.

Maybe not all the babies skin will be easily visible, because it depends on the basic color of skin, but doctors will be easy to do early detection. It is recommended to perform this initial trial with a fairly bright light conditions which can make it to be easily visible.
